Bueno por un gusto muy personal elegiré el video "paradise"  de Phill Colins para describir este tutorial ok :

Entra a http://www.youtube.com y busca tu video favorito, luego:

1.- Cuando ya estes visualizando tu video favorito, en la parte derecha te da la URl del video actual. Para el video que elegí me muestra lo siguiente:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ftlYLcEW_I4 

2.- Copias la URL y te vas a tu Live spaces en modo editar y pegar esa dirección en el campo URL del módulo del reproductor windows media player de tu space.

3.- Haremos los siguientes cambios:
    a) Borramos "watch?" y luego en lugar de "=" insertamos "/"
    b) Le agregamos una extensión, puede ser: .wmv, .avi, .swf, mov, y cualquier extención de formatos soportados por Live spaces.

Bueno para el ejm. quedaria asi:
http://www.youtube.com/v/ftlYLcEW_I4.wmv

4.- Le damos guardar (save) y listo.
